We’re proud of our retention rate. Once business owners join us, they stay. We’re careful to sell only to companies where we see a good fit. Since 1997 we’ve refined the profile of organizations who can benefit the most in our environment so we ensure that we see those characteristics before we are too far into the sales dance.
Each time we interact with a client, we provide a satisfaction survey to complete when the “ticket” is closed. The survey is short and sweet but it gives us immediate feedback on how we’re doing.
